I’ve been going to Jordan’s HIIT classes for a few months now. She’s an amazing coach and really pushes you to do your best and get the most of the workouts, whatever your ability (I was a complete beginner to the HIIT world). Honestly I now miss when I can’t make it to a session! She’s big on female empowerment too and making it a safe space for ladies who just want to get fit

Love Jordan’s classes!! She designs her workouts to suit all levels of fitness and pushes you to always get the most out of the session. She invests in everyone’s individual goals, giving loads of support throughout the session and also after, for nutrition and lifestyle. It’s a truly safe space for women.

This is literally one of the best HITT classes I have done. Jordan really makes sure you put in the work. The classes are highly recommended
